The Humane Society of Loudoun County is a foster based volunteer organization that partners with the community to save more animals and achieve a No Kill Community. All of our programs are based on the No Kill Equation. They includeLow Cost Spay/Neuter program, Foster and Adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return for feral cats, Financial Assistance, Humane Education, and the Pet Pantry program.
