SR Socially Relevant(tm) Film Festival New York is a film festival that focuses on socially relevant film content, and?human interest stories that raise awareness to social problems and offer positive solutions through the powerful?medium of cinema.

SRFF was founded in 2013 by actress/filmmaker Nora Armani in a response to the proliferation of violence and violent forms of storytelling. SRFF is anon-profit 501(c)3 film festival whose mission is the promotion of filmmakers who produce socially relevant(tm) film content and tell human interest stories. Over 400 films from 35 countries have been screened to date.
