Rainforest Awareness Rescue Education Center RAREC

The Rainforest Awareness Rescue and Education Center is, first and foremost, a wildlife conservation center.

The animals we recover are going through a rehabilitation process, due to the circumstance that many of them have experienced severe abuse. It is our mission to provide the right steps to thrive and live successful lives in their natural habitat, so that they can contribute to the re-population efforts of their species. If our rescues can't be released, we guarantee that they have the best life possible.

The goal in mind is to spread awareness so we accept volunteers, it's critical to showcase the struggle that we do and to push information about the state of conservation efforts in the Amazon today.

Our goal is to be an academic research and education center for professionals and for our local native neighbors. We stride to be a Center that gathers the worldwide efforts of the best minds in conservation, so that we can work together in finding solutions to some of the most pressing issues facing the Rainforest. Working hands-on with some of the most endangered creatures on the planet, we hope to not only provide a happy future for our rescued animals, but for their entire species as well.
