Fair Mortgage Collaborative

FMC, a nonprofit tax exempt organiztion, provides consumer education about Fair and Safe mortgage lending products and practices, principally provided by nonproft lenders, loan counselors, intermediaries and investors. We secure lending data and deliver research and operational infrastructure supports to our nonproft clients. We provide support to policy initiatives that help deliver affordable Fair and Safe loans to help low income and minority homeowners and homebuyers purchase or stay in their homes affordably.
