Our Mission Statement

This Mission Statement reflects our goals, and our resolution, to rebuild young people's lives through a leadership development program incorporating education and employment training focused on construction skills, and to rebuild neighborhoods by renovating neglected housing into secure and attractive homes for low to moderate income families in the Los Angeles region.

Our Mission is:

· To provide job and life training, construction skills, self-esteem and leadership skills for at-risk young people. These goals are achieved though our leadership development training program. In addition, our education program provides an opportunity to obtain a high school education and diploma in a charter school environment.
· To rebuild the neighborhoods we serve, by acquiring and renovating neglected housing, into secure and attractive homes for low to moderate income families in the Los Angeles area.
· To collaborate with regional and national organizations to achieve our goals.
