Parent Earth is an online media start-up headed up by Emmy award-winning filmmaker, Nicole Betancourt. The company's mission is to answer parents’ questions about food and move them to create a food system that supports healthy thriving children. Parent Earth is creating a destination website, original video series, and a free online subscription service.
Parent Earth is a hybrid social venture - essentially, 2 sister companies - a nonprofit and a for-profit.
