Missão
The mission of ISKCON is to awaken an awareness of our intrinsic relationship with the source of reality, Krishna, the all-attractive one through spiritual communities, gatherings, devotional worship, community service, meditation, and a self-aware existence.
Sobre Nós
ISKCON is based on the practical application of the sacred text Bhagvad Gita and is a global nonprofit with over 500 farms, schools, and meditation centers around the world. We hope to uplift and inspire people through nourishing spirituality and delicious food! We have had a branch in Rogers Park home since 1979 and run multiple weekly events, virtually and slowly in person. We run a vegeterian lunch program to provide nutritious meals at a low cost price and use the profit to feed those in need.
