One Heartland creates community, offers respite and builds lifelong skills by providing an accepting environment for children, youth and their families facing social isolaiton so that they may lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

One Heartland offers summer camp programs for you and families impacted by HIV/AIDS, living in transition, striving to live a healthier lifestyle, and youth identfying as LGBT+.
