Catch Them Young, Inc. (CTY), is a non-profit organization of excellence established to serve youth in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our mandate is to assist in reversing the staggering statistics that plague today’s embattled youth by promoting standards of excellence by utilizing our various programs which will help change the social stigma of “at risk” youth to “at promise” youth
