FIREFIGHTERS WEAR PINK

The Firefighter's Wear Pink Campaign was founded in 2017. Firefighter's are 75% more likely to be affected by cancer by the end of their career than any other profession. The mission of the Firefighter's Wear Pink Campaign is to create opportunities for firefighter's and emergency personnel to forge stronger ties with communities while increasing fire safety and cancer awareness. The Firefighter’s Wear Pink Campaign is focused on creating these opportunities through a wide array of fundraising events throughout the year that helps with raising funds for members of the fire service affected by cancer. Through donations and fundraising, the Firefighter's Wear Pink Campaign has been able to provide a monetary gift to both the American Cancer Society as well as to Firefighter's and their families who have been impacted by cancer.
