About Construct
We are an Oregon based education non-profit working to ensure all young people have the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Since 2014, we have built and facilitated student-led design challenges that are supported by industry and community partners. We work across the school system with teachers, principals, and district leaders to expand access to student-led design challenges, support teacher practice, and transform school culture.

We are a team of social entrepreneurs passionate about:
- social innovation in the education space
- social justice and dismantling racist structures that hold many students back
- transforming the K12 student experience to ensure empathy, agency, autonomy, creative and collaborative problem solving, passion, purpose, and leadership.
