Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership (ENCAP)

Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership (ENCAP) creates, grows, and adapts its programs to meet the real need in our community. We want to help people change the trajectory of their lives for the better, through education, resources and providing the necessary tools. We serve people who have incomes below 75% of the poverty threshold, in the communities of  Douglas and Sarpy Counties.
