Missão
The mission of Aging Resources of Central Iowa is to lead, advocate, and serve as well as plan and coordinate resources in the provision of services to older persons in central Iowa, their families, caregivers, or representatives enabling elders to lead independent, meaningful and dignified lives in the least restrictive environment.
Sobre Nós
Aging Resources staff advocate, coordinate and provide services through federal, state and private funding to persons 60 years of age and older and their families. Our goal is to allow older adults individual choices in their care process in order to remain safe and independent in their homes.
We accomplish this through:
- Information and Assistance – We are here for you! We have specialists that can offer assistance and connect you to services and programs.
- Case Management – We coordinate community services to help you stay safely in your own home.
- Family Caregiver Program – Be the best caregiver you can be! We can help.
We have contracted service providers in some of our outlying counties to ensure quality services are available to all persons within our catchment area.
