Diet Detective combines journalism, scientific research and health literacy to synthesize complex health and medical information surrounding food and disease, and translates this information to readers searching for reliable, scientific information. 

The goal is to help consumers know the difference between facts and “alternative facts,” between science and pseudoscience - so they can get to the truth about nutrition, food health, and the planet.
