Promote and support the growth, vitality, and sustainability of Catholic elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia so every child can access an education that forms both hearts and minds.

The distribution of EITC and OSTC funds has increased dramatically over the past five years. Our goal is to leverage the EITC program to maintain and increase the enrollment at all the parochial elementary and high schools in the surrounding Philadelphia areas. To achieve our goal, the successful distribution and communication of EITC and OSTC funding is critical to the Catholic schools.
