    East Carolina Community Development, Inc. (ECCDI) is a private nonprofit 501 (c) (3) Corporation established in 1995. It is dedicated to improving and enhancing the standard of living of the people of North Carolina. ECCDI is organized to: Meet the needs for quality affordable housing in its primary market areas;Facilitate access to capital for small businesses; andProvide social outreach programs. ECCDI’s services have impacted many throughout eastern North Carolina; however, its market area spreads throughout the southern United States.Our Vision: We serve together in the field of non-profit organizations in a spirit of helping others to improve the quality of life for individuals and families that are experiencing economic and social stress in their daily lives.
