Empresol was born in 1996 in the city of Quilmes, province of Buenos Aires, grouping itself microindustralists, craftsmen and professionals who wish to imepl the enterprising sector, to defend their rights, to elevate projects to the authorities, to offer technical attendance and labor-enterprising qualification to the community, to organize fairs, to participate in exhibitions and all those activities that mean to impel selfemployment, the local development and the well-being of the community,
