Hospice Advantage is in need of compassionate, energetic and dedicated volunteers and interns!

Opportunities include making friendly visits to our patients in their homes or nursing homes, helping with activities and crafts, and helping in our office.

This is an excellent opportunity for students looking for relevant experience and course hours. Volunteers choose areas of interest and scheduling is flexible. Volunteers will be thoroughly trained. TB test and background check are required.

Hospice Advantage is a Medicare, Medicaid Certified program providing superior end-of-life care services. Hospice Advantage was started to better serve the needs of terminally ill patients in the US. In November, 2004, Hospice Advantage was Founded by Rod Hildebrant, MSA, CHCE, a health care executive with more than 25 years experience in the home health care and hospice industries.

Since November, 2004, new energy, commitment and direction have been established under the leadership of Kaye Mynsberge, RN. Mrs. Mynsberge has a strong background in management, customer service and marketing. Mrs. Mynsberge has devoted 20 years of her career to the development of hospice programs throughout the United States. Her 20 years in hospice administration and home care have given her insight into the best service delivery systems and needs of patients throughout the health care continuum.

Mr. Hildebrant and Mrs. Mynsberge are focused on promoting the philosophy of "Quality In Living." Their interdisciplinary team of health care professionals and paraprofessionals operates on the belief that the care plan is driven by patients' choices and the manner that they wish to live out their lives. That approach creates a patient and family environment of hope, comfort, and dignity.
