Improving the quality of life for the residents and employees of the Westwood Neighborhood in the City of Houston, Texas, by:

(1) Addressing public safety and combating crime through innovative collaborative efforts with community stakeholders that law enforcement may not have the resources or jurisdiction to perform. (2) Completing community-wide beautification, neighborhood identification, life-skills, and youth-oriented programs.
