Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

The mission of Multiple Sclerosis(MS) is to give hope to people with MS and their families by:

• Promoting independent living and health for People with MS
• Informing, educating and fostering rights for People with MS
• Promoting research into the management of MS, and
• Contributing to research into a cure for MS

MS has been supporting and helping people with multiple sclerosis since 1956. Through an extensive network of centres, branches, support groups and health services, MS provides specialist programs to people with multiple sclerosis, their families, carers, friends and health care professionals.

MS informs people with multiple sclerosis how best to achieve as full and healthy a lifestyle as possible while managing the symptoms of MS, raises funds for the provision of services, programs and research, educates the community, and liaises with government and other bodies on MS-related issues.
