BOC is dedicated to facilitating communities in being resilient. Resilience is a must for our survival--we must expand our ability to adapt to unpredictable, sudden and drastic changes. Community resilience is when we are able to address our own essential needs: food, energy, housing, safety, and overall well being. We do skills building and local food system work.
