Positive Transition Services, Inc.

Positive Transition Services, Inc. is a well established 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we successfully restore, rebuild, and empower lives. We are able to achieve this goal by providing individuals in need with high quality, free and affordable supportive housing coupled with essential wrap-around services. PTS serves homeless veterans, adults with disabilities, individuals impacted by the criminal justice system and those that are in recovery from every part of the state of Georgia. In 2020 alone, PTS provided superior supportive housing services to over 121 individuals facing homelessness.
