We connect people with organizations to help them get essential resources in DC, Baltimore, Prince George’s County, and Montgomery County.

• We meet with people with low-incomes and identify their needs, then create a plan by listing the steps to address all of them.
• We help people to get the required documents that they need to get support, (such as an IDs or bank statements)
• We help people to make appointments with the organizations, and guide them through the process.
• We help people to complete community applications to get free essential resources.
