The Redlich Horwitz Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives and long-term outcomes of children and young adults in the foster care system in New York and elsewhere. We believe that every youth in foster care should be able to envision, strive for, and achieve a productive, secure, and personally fulfilling adulthood.
