The mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga is a coommitment by caring people to lift families and children to a better tomorrow. The cornerstones of this program are: The Ronald McDonald House, a "home away from home" for families of critically ill and injured children; the Ronald McDonald House Family Room inside T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital; and the Ronald McDonald House Care Mobile, and other programs that directly impact the health and well-being of children. Ronald McDonald House Charities was recently named one of America's Top 100 Charities by Worth Magazine for the second consecutive year.
