Mission Arvada at Arvada Central Baptist Church

The Rising Church is the hub of homelessness in Arvada. We serve as somewhat of a triage center and ministry center for this at risk population in our city. Vets, developmentally disabled, people with substance abuse issues, people with mental health issues as well as just people down on their luck, come our way daily. We seek to help these people find services, housing, clothing, food, bedding, showers, and even allow them to sleep on our property. We also provide love and encouragement and give them a place to give back to their community. A significant number of Olde Town homeless help us run our food bank which currently serves about 8,000 people a year
