We are an affiliate of a national, non-profit, non-partisan membership organization whose sole purpose is to preserve, protect, and promote the individual liberties guaranteed by the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution.

The ACLU of Alabama is the only organization in the state dedicated to protecting the Constitutional rights and liberties of every individual in Alabama.
