ArtHouse wants to create coop artists' live/work spaces and venues in the city of San Francisco. This is our second iteration of this project, originally filed under the name Bohemia Redux. We're currently under the fiscal sponsorship of the Intersection for the Arts. Established by founders of Burning Man, our business model deeply reflects the 10 Principles. We are seeking partnerships with those who might buy property for investment purposes and leave it empty, for social impact projects to restore the city's seriously displaced creative culture.
