El Programa Hispano Catolico is a social services agency that serves to empower the Latino community of Multnomah County through Support Services (such as rent and energy assistance, mental health support, tax clinics, client referrals), Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Services, Adult and Financial Education, and School-based Services for Youth and Families.
El Programa Hispano Católico 's Mission is three-fold: to increase self-sufficiency within the Latino community, to empower individuals to achieve a better quality of life and to promote mutual understanding and respect among cultures.
