Our mission is to change the vibration of the urban community with healing arts and to provide individuals with skills to handle the stress of everyday life in a positive manner. The organization works as an outreach center/program that currently serves the NY/NJ Metropolitan area. Its eventual goal is to expand its scope throughout the country in physical and online classrooms. By building each individual mentally, physically and spiritually, the end result will be a healthy community that is peaceful and supportive.
