Community Living Campaign

At Community Living Campaign, we believe everyone—no matter their age or ability—should be able to live and thrive in their own home and neighborhood.

We bring seniors and adults with disabilities together. Through tech training and support, food deliveries, advocacy, and neighborhood activities and events, we help people stay connected, independent, and involved. Whether online or in person, our activities help older adults and people with disabilities feel supported and included.

Since 2007, we’ve worked to build a more connected San Francisco—one relationship at a time.

Communities are stronger when people of all ages and abilities are included. Living a good life means:

• Feeling connected and not alone
• Helping others and giving back
• Making your own choices
• Building relationships based on fairness and mutual respect
• Celebrating the diversity of San Francisco
• Living in a home that feels safe and respectful
• Having enough money for basic needs

These values have guided our work from the start—and continue to guide us today.

We live these values through community programs, support services, and advocacy.
