Missão
VAXIE assists qualified individuals who would like to be vaccinated get covid-19 vaccine appointments in the Inland Empire (Southern California). We aim to break down barriers to vaccine access (technology, transportation, information) and be the bridge for our community.
Sobre Nós
VAXIE (Vaccinate Inland Empire) is a volunteer organization working to help seniors and other local residents navigate the always changing Covid-19 vaccination system in Southern California.
Our free service assists qualified residents, especially those with work and time constraints, mobility issues and those without computers, in scheduling vaccination appointments.
What started out as two friends concerned about our most at-risk neighbors has turned into a growing organization that has booked more than 2,200 appointments for qualified individuals. VAXIE volunteers are not medical professionals and do not offer medical advice. We have no political, religious or personal agenda.
