People for Parity (PfP) is a social change organization which works with young people to help them identify, understand & challenge gender based violence and discrimination in their own lives and communities.
We are among the few social enterprises in the country which work with issues concerning all genders. We have conducted workshops with more than 5000 young people across 6 states till date, training several gender facilitators and witnessing numerous transformative journeys in the process. We have successfully partnered with various governmental and non-governmental bodies over the course of our work including police forces in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand, and with UNICEF as part of their End Violence Campaign in Jharkhand.
