We believe this can be acheived by providing information, skills training, reducing employment barriers and assisting in career advancement. In doing so, we believe the resulting benefits to be multi-generational, as living wage employment raises quality of life for working parents and their children. This in turn, strengthens the family, the community and the world, providing hope, optimism and a better future for all.
