The Children's Heart Foundation is the only organization in the U.S. created to exclusively fund CHD research.     Thank you so much for reaching out to The Children’s Heart Foundation Missouri Chapter! We are happy to hear of your interest in supporting the Missouri Chapter in raising funds to support research for the prevention and treatment of Congenital Heart Defects.

    The Children’s Heart Foundation is the only organization that was created to exclusively fund congenital heart defect research and has funded over $7.4 million to 62 basic science, translational and clinical CHD research projects at leading research centers across the US and Canada.

    Congenital heart defects are America’s most common birth defect! Nearly one out of every 100 babies is born with a congenital heart defect. Together we can change these statistics through targeted research into this much underfunded area of disease. In fact, today, more infants with CHDs survive to adulthood because of advancements made through research.
