WINCY. is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1993. Rainbow Center’s mission is to provide shelter and services for Asian women facing homelessness or in crisis; provide advocacy whereby women collectively empower themselves and each other to transform their lives; and establish an alternative community that fosters ways to become self-sufficient and independent.
