Talent Beyond Boundaries envisions a world where forcibly displaced people can use their skills and talents to move to secure futures.

Many refugees have marketable skills, yet find themselves in countries where they don't have the right to work locally and are locked out of international skilled migration systems. By engaging governments, refugee-serving organizations, the business sector, and local communities, we’re creating safe, legal pathways that enable displaced people to move for work, resume their careers, and rebuild their lives with dignity.

Connect employers with refugees

We match skilled refugees with companies in need of their skills. Employers gain valuable talent and displaced people are given a chance to rebuild their careers and lives.

Open migration pathways

We work directly with governments to open skilled migration pathways for refugees that benefit individuals, family members, communities, and the economy.

Scale labour mobility

We share our learnings so that others can access the pathways we’re opening and replicate this model around the world.
