Cancer Awareness through Research & Education

CARE (Cancer Awareness through Research and Education) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to funding breakthrough cancer research and treatment initiatives to enhance quality of life.

Based in the Desert Mountain community of North Scottsdale, CARE has donated over $12 million over 28 years to support leading-edge cancer research at Mayo Clinic Arizona and HonorHealth Research Institute. In 2025, CARE raised over $1 million from our annual events and community partners. This is a volunteer-driven organization and active board committed to the mission of CARE.
