Operation Dream builds leadership, academic, and social skills among at-risk youth through an innovative peer-mentoring program that fosters growth and development.

We serve primarily boys whose environment puts them at particular risk and for whom existing organizations are out of reach.

Our staff instills discipline, promotes education, and engages children in the possibilities of the future.​
