Central Florida Dreamplex

To meet the fitness, recreational, social, and employment needs of individuals and families with physical and/or developmental disabilities. We strive to turn dreams into realities through recreational activities designed to accommodate all participants, adaptive sports, and alternative therapy methods. Our approach is to partner with and bring together multiple organizations for a larger, common goal of serving families with special needs.

The Central Florida Dreamplex is a fitness and recreational facility specifically for individuals and families with special needs and physical disabilities. We provide special-interest classes in tae kwon do, cheerleading, gymnastics/tumbling, ballet, hip-hop, and more! We offer after school programs, open gym nights, and other events throughout the year to bring together parents and families with special needs.
