District of Columbia Behavioral Health Association

The D.C. Behavioral Health Association is a membership organization of community-based behavioral health provider organizations serving low-income residents of the District of Columbia. We seek to improve access to community-based behavioral health services and improve the quality of services for District residents with severe and persistent mental illness or substance use disorders.
