MEANS Database is a seven-year-old nonprofit tech startup that works nationally to recover unsold food and connect it with nearby nonprofits serving those in need. Since we were founded, we have recovered over 3.8 million pounds of food and served more than 540,000 meals through our Community Meal Program.
