Our vision is to transform end-of-life care in the communities we serve.

We believe that all hospice-eligible patients and those who love them deserve the best care at the end of life. Our Mission is to serve all of them in the way they desire to be served.

Your gifts of compassion and care can make an amazing difference in the lives of patients and their families. Often we underestimate the power that a smile, a caring word or the smallest act of kindness can have on someone. Volunteers can provide support to patients and families through direct care and administrative duties.

Administrative Support: Help with clerical functions and organizational activities to support our caregiver team. (Answer phones, File, Date entry, Assist with patient and family mailings)

Direct Patient Services: Provide help and companionship to patients and respite for their caregivers. (Visit with patient/family, Provide relief to caregiver, Read aloud to patient, Assist with housekeeping, Play cards/games, Help with yard work, Shop, Run errands, Walk a dog)

Specialty Programs: Offer unique services to patients, their caregivers and the community to expand the scope of our care and meet their individual needs. (Pet Companion, Tuck-In-Team, Life Review Project, Veteran to Veteran, Community Events, Butterfly Release, Recruitment Booths)
