City Hall Fellows' mission is to develop the next generation of civic leaders. We offer outstanding recent college graduates the chance to make significant change at the grassroots, local level of government right out of college. Our Fellows receive a prestigious, paid, full-time, year-long position within city government and also participate in our proprietary Civic Leadership Development Program.
