 PCR’s is a community-based, resident-led environmental justice organization working to enhance the quality of life for communities affected by pollution. We have a 40-year legacy of building community power and promoting self-determination by educating, organizing and advocating on the issues of: environmental justice, affordable housing, economic equity and community mental and physical health.
