Assistance League of Boise is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is transforming lives and strengthening our community through philanthropic programs in Ada County. Member volunteers are dedicated to ongoing support and a long-term presence in the community through hands-on involvement and support nine innovative philanthropic programs.
The Boise chapter was organized in 1976 with about 50 members, chartered in 1980, and was the 67th chapter of National Assistance League. In 2023-2024, Assistance League of Boise served over 20,000 youth and adults, with over 60,000 volunteer hours.
