Child and Family Institute

Child and Family Institute (CFI) is a private, non-profit agency providing child abuse prevention and treatment services in the Sacramento community since 1978. CFI has played a pivotal role in bringing new and valuable services to benefit the children in the Sacramento area.

Treatment services are provided by a CFI treatment team to help children and families heal from the trauma of abuse, neglect and homelessness. Threrapists provide ongoing individual, group and family therapy. Threatment also includes outreach services and facilitating linkages with support services in the community. Our goal is to protect children and provide a safe setting for healing to occur.
