The CAAR Foundation is an independent organization intended to be an effective mechanism for REALTORS® to donate their time, talent, and resources to impact, sustain, and support the community. The Foundation shall be exclusively charitable and educational including the following purposes:

To leverage the philanthropic passion, knowledge, and skills of CAAR members and affiliates.
To provide volunteer opportunities.
To seek contributions in furtherance of the Foundation’s strategic community initiatives.
To contribute sums from the funds of the Foundation for charitable and educational purposes, primarily but not limited to, the housing initiatives.
