    About Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR) Foundation

    The CAAR Foundation is an independent organization intended to be an effective mechanism for REALTORS® to donate their time, talent, and resources to impact, sustain, and support the community. The Foundation shall be exclusively charitable and educational including the following purposes:

    • To leverage the philanthropic passion, knowledge, and skills of CAAR members and affiliates.
    • To provide volunteer opportunities.
    • To seek contributions in furtherance of the Foundation’s strategic community initiatives.
    • To contribute sums from the funds of the Foundation for charitable and educational purposes, primarily but not limited to, the housing initiatives.
