The Village at Rockville

To provide for aged persons whose circumstances may require a comfortable residence with board, clothing, employment, medical attention, and such other comforts as Christian brotherhood my dictate.

The Village at Rockville is a service agency affiliated with the metropolitian Washington, DC, Virgina and Delaware-Maryland Synods of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). All services and facilities of the Home are available to every resident equally without regard to race, color, national orgin, or the plan under which they are admitted.

We serve approximately 300 residents with a well trained staff of nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and medical specialists. There are two Chaplains and support groups. In addition, there are many activities for residents to become in engaged in.
