Heaton Woods is committed to providing quality residential care in Vermont's capital city. We are a nonprofit, community-based residence developed to meet a growing need for this level of care. Our goal is for all residents to maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible.

We are a nonprofit, level 3 residential care facility for elders in Montpelier, Vermont. Elders here are encouraged to stay as independent as possible, but we offer assistance with any needed care. We also offer a wide-range of great activities that bring us all together on a daily basis, like music, arts, and our famous golf tournament! Come and get to know us today.
